A set of Christmas themed alphabet tracing worksheets for you to print and use as many times as you need with your group of children. Great for Early years teachers, nursery teachers, special needs teachers, childminders and parents to use with their children. Each letter is on a separate worksheet with a dotty picture to trace, a dotty border and dotty capital and lower case letters to trace. Great for developing pencil control and teaching the letters of the alphabet and initial sounds. When the children have traced the pictures they can be coloured to create a great learning display. Also included in the pack are worksheets with the same pictures which could be used as colouring sheets or as an alphabet line for your classroom or educational setting or alternatively they could be made into phonics flash cards to bring a touch of Christmas to your phonics lessons! Each of these sheets has the picture, border, letters in lower and upper case and the word. The worksheets are A4 size however by altering printer settings you will be able to print them out in whatever size you would like.

A resource pack to support music in the Early Years This pack has been designed for ages 3-5 although it could be incorporated into music lessons throughout KS1 and for younger children. The resources are saved as PDF files to print or as Powerpoint files to use on your computer with sound. The pack includes: A set of coloured percussion instrument flash cards with instrument names on and without. Junk material challenge cards such as 'Can you make an instrument that makes a loud sound?', 'Can you make an instrument to shake' etc. Flash cards with pictures of children with suggestions for singing in different ways. A collection of decorated song sheets with songs and rhymes to encourage exploring sounds and instruments plus ideas on how to use them. A collection of decorated song sheets with new and familiar songs for the children to learn. A set of nursery rhyme cards along with props to print and laminate to use when singing the rhymes. A collection of pictures to print and add to a bag to make a singing sack where the children can choose a picture and sing the song. Sound word flashcards such as 'ting' and 'bang'. Instrument display pictures with photos of different instruments. Power point- an interactive Power point to listen to the sound and choose the correct instrument that made the sound and find out if they were right or wrong. Power point bingo- print the instrument board and click on a star to hear the sound and then see the picture. The person to cover all of their instruments first wins the game.
